After you apply here, we will have a chance to review your application and upon approval, we will get a chance to connect, learn about your vision, goals for your project, and ensure that we have a full understanding of what you want to achieve with your book.
If we feel it fits our scope, passion, skills, and schedule, and you also feel like your ghostwriter is a good fit for you, then we will send you an official proposal.
The proposal will include the project timeline, contract, NDA (to keep the ghostwriting of your book protected), and invoice.
Once paid, your project will begin and the timeline kicks off, with most being completed within 4-10 months (estimated completion time will be given once we understand the scope of your project).
Step #1: Establishing Vision & Expectations
We will explore your complete vision and goals for this book in more depth, including overall impact, message, tone, and target audience. A timeline will also be set during this step so you know what to expect over the course of the next few months.
(Approximate client time: 90 minutes)
Step #2: Interviews
The Ghostwriter will interview you and gather ideas for the structure of your book and the stories within. They will also use this time to tune into your voice and tone to be able to mirror it as they write your book. The interview period will usually last 2-4 weeks with various meetings taking place during that time, depending on the client’s availability.
(Approximate client time: 10-15 hours)
Step #3: The Writing Process
After you approve the structure that the Ghostwriter provides based on the interviews, they will begin fully writing your book. This process can take 6-24 weeks, depending on the length of your manuscript. The ghostwriter will share excerpts of what they’re working on at different milestones set out in the timeline to receive feedback as they go.

Step #4: The Rewrite & Refinement Process
The ghostwriter will share the rough draft with you and then work with you on tweaks, including making sure that it sounds like your voice and adding any additional information that you would like to have included. After a second or third draft has been approved, the manuscript will then be polished with proofreading. Once completed, you will sign off on the project.

Step #5: Choose Your Publishing Option
We partner with a professional publishing company who will work with you to set a launch date and begin the process to turn your manuscript into a published book. This includes cover design, interior formatting, ISBNs, distribution uploading, and providing consultation for marketing your book to get it into the hands of your readers. This is an additional investment of $10,000 if you choose to partner with them to publish your book.
At the end of this journey, you’ll be a published author with your book in your hands!
